Use revised schedule and trip sheet PDFs for normal changes. Manual edits are a temporary bridge for immediate operational changes before FOS and its documents can be updated. Upload the revised PDFs when available to reconcile those entries. Unresolved fields stay amber for review and never block flight following. Manual flight entry remains available when no trip sheet is available.
